I may try to post some here on our blog or I may just pick up were we are now. Pretty much depends on time :) We had a blast this summer and the Outter Banks of north Carolina was great, the ocean was beautiful and the weather was great :)

Michael, Maria and Joseph were busy with baseball this summer as well. We had our fun getting Ice Cream together at Sandy's on Lakeshore Blvd. We had some fun Birthday party's for Michael, Maria, Joseph & Anna! Fourth of July was great. The kids had fun as well at riding the rides at the St. Gregs Carnival in July. The Feast of the Assumption was a big hit this summer as well and Michel, Maria & Joseph were in the Procession this year too :) We had some great Family get togethers and cookouts. The Mayfield Drive In brought us some fun night time movies while watching them from our Suburban and the kids on the grass. Over all we had a great summer.

Fall found up enjoying the Ramseyer Farms corn mazz. Trips to the Zoo, Columbus day parade and Halloween fun. I have plenty of pictures of all these event on my Facebook Account accessible to my friends and friends of friends.

I won my game today! 19-8

Hey. I won my game today! 19-8 That's the most points we've ever scored. We played St. Gabriel. There our rival in football. This game was the best game I've had this season. I scored 2 points in this game and almost made one but it went out of the basket. I couldn't think of what to write so this is all I could really put.

Maria's First Confession

Maria's First Reconciliation

Maria makes her first Confession

A few weeks ago my daughter Maria hit a milestone, her first Confession. This is the beginning of her experience of God's merciful love, healing and forgiveness conveyed in this Holy Sacrament of Reconciliation. She celebrated this Sacrament with her family, classmates and their families. Fr. Ireland, pastor of St. Gregory the Great gave a wonderful explanation of this Sacrament and especially encouraged us parents to avail this awesome gift and set a living example of going to Confession as a family on a regular basis. Afterwards we took Maria to "Eat at Joe's" for a great breakfast to accompany a great day!

My own experience of this Sacrament has been one of healing, strength, God's loving forgiveness and freedom to follow Jesus with new vigor and love. I now look forward to bringing my daughter to Confession with me. It has been a joy to do so with my son Michael. Thank you Jesus for giving us this awesome opportunity to experience your healing love and forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I will leave you with the words of Jesus in his Gospel according to St. John chapter 20 Verses 21-23;

"Again Jesus said, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." And with that he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven."

Lake Erie Monsters Game

Today was very busy with sports. Michael had a basketball game and won. After his game we went downtown for a cub scout event at the Quickens Loan Stadium for a Lake Eire Monsters game. This was our first Ice Hockey game and it was energizing and cool. The Monsters won 3-1 against the Hamilton bulldogs from Canada. This was a whole new experience for us and I wanted to share it on our blog.

Fallon's March for Life in Washington DC 1.22.09

The Fallon's come to Washington again!

The U.S. Capital

The Washington Monument

My son Michael shares his March For Life experience...

I really liked going to Washington, DC. I wasn't able to decide what to bring. What I brought was: 3 books, snacks, my Samsung Digital Camera, extra pants, and my Game Boy Advance Console. We left our house at 9pm and got to the bus at 10. We had a pit stop on the way at 5 am at a place called Gateway on January 22. It seemed pretty early. After that I went back to sleep. When I woke up we were already in Washington, DC! After about 10 mins. we reached the Basilica of the National Shrine of The Immaculate Conception. This shrine is very beautiful! After that we went to the National Mall. My Grandma(Toni) got me a Washington, DC Baseball and a Washington, DC shirt. After that we got on the bus and they dropped us off to Mach for Life! There was lots of people. At the end of the March, me, my grandma, and my aunt got out of crowds, we got lost (my dad was not with us because we got separated). When we found the bus and started to leave I felt sad because I wanted to stay longer. When I got on the bus I went to sleep. When I woke up it was about 10pm. We went to Bob Evens after that. I had "Plenty of Pancakes". When we got back on the bus we headed home. When we got home it was 3:30am on January 23. After I got home I read a little of my Lego star wars video game manual. Then I went to sleep.

I marched for life to stop abortion because it is really wrong. If you really don't want the child think twice and put him/her up for adoption. It's the better thing to do.

Here are a few pictures of our March For Life Trip in
Washington, DC January 22, 2009!

We just loaded the bus out of the Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby, Ohio at 10PM Wednesday Jan. 21. Here is my Mom Toni, Sister Monica and son Michael ready and exited to March for Life!

First things first. Mass for Life at the Basilica of the National shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Washington DC Jan. 22 7:30AM.

This was a picture taken by my son Michael of the outside of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Hugh crowds gather at the National Mall for the Rally For Life prior to the March For Life.

The 36th annual March For Life is on!!

Over 200,000 Marchers, young and old alike flooded Constitution Avenue as we make our way to the Supreme Court.

The United States Supreme Court where the infamous decision, Roe Vs Wade was make legalizing the murder of an unborn baby throughout all nine months of pregnancy for whatever reason, often because the new pre-born baby is treated as an inconvenience.

Someone dressed up as the Grim ripper to make a dramatic statement of the death being brought upon the pre-born baby with the Supreme Courts Roe Vs Wade decision.

My experience during these next pictures was so moving I can't put it into words. Two opposites, Life Vs Death, peacefully protesting one another literally inches from one another!
Some were one their knees praying before the Steps of the Supreme Court, strong emotions took over as I found myself on my knees steeped in prayer for an end to the senseless slaughter of thousands of innocent pre born baby's each day.

A friar peacefully dialogs with pro-abortion supporters in front of the Supreme Court.

Two opposite forces come head to head while reamining peaceful.

In the words of Marco...

Absolutely exhilarating, awesome and inspiring! Just a few words to describe this years annual March for Life in Washington, DC! The Pro-Life movement is alive and well and our resolve to uphold the sanctity and dignity of the Life of all unborn baby's has never been stronger, and younger. What I mean by younger is the fact that out of the 200,000 and more people who marched on Thursday Jan. 22, more than half were college and High School age students along with young families as well as young adults and mature age people.

This was a peaceful march to bring awareness to the right to life of the Unborn and to be their voice in opposition to the Supreme Court decision, Roe Vs Wade, January 22, 1973 which has made it legal in all 50 states for all 9 months of Pregnancy to take the life of an unborn baby. Unfortunately the news media for the most part ignored this peaceful March of of 200,000 on our Nation's Capital. I find that sad. It is another example of Media Biased against our Pro-Life movement. I looked up numerous times to the sky to hopefully see some media helicopters or something, but I saw nothing. Oh well at least I can post a Blog and share my personal testimony of the events via e-mail.

I have attached a raw video footage of an overview of the Crowd that was present. It went as far as the eye could see down Constitution Ave. all the way up to the Supreme Court. I hope you enjoy these little video clips. In the Future I hope to post some additional footage I took with my Video Camera. That takes a bit more effort because I have an old 8MM Video Camcorder and need to convert the footage to MPEG Video. I really got some nice zoom in video of the Crowd which I was not able to get with my Digital Camera which is what was use to make the video clip in this current blog. God Bless you all.

PS: This was my son Michael's first March For Life and he was so exited and thrilled to be part of it! My mom, sister Monica, my son Michael and myself had a great time!

Here is a little video I took with my Samsung Digital Camera as we Marched past the Capital!
